Photo Vault for iPhone and iPad: the "Avast Security and Photo Vault" app secures Photos in an encrypted Vault, reports password theft and identifies vulnerable wireless networksAvast Security and Photo Vault iPhone / iPad App The free version of the Avast app allows you to store up to 40 Photos in an encrypted area. The user alone can access the Photo safe via PIN code, FaceID or TouchID: a feature that the iOS Fotoapp unfortunately misses.
In addition, the app will inform you if the password of your email account was stolen by a data breach. The Identity Guard feature reviews a collection of stolen credentials in the Dark Web covering more than 9 million online accounts of thousands of web sites under attack.
Another handy Security feature: The app checks if your used Wi-Fi network is secure and warns the user if vulnerabilities have been detected. The feature detects issues such as a hijacked DNS that redirects the users Internet traffic to fake, malicious web pages. The feature also checks if the Wi-Fi network is fully secured or if the router password is too weak.
